CLIMBING
Whether you are a complete beginner or you've climbed before INTO THE OUTSIDE will take you to some awe inspiring Lake District crags to develop your Rock Climbing skills.
Our epic crags range from 5m - 15m high with a variety of routes for you to tackle during the session.
As we hike to the crag, with the stunning Lakeland fells as our backdrop you'll have a moment to take it all in whilst we set about rigging the routes that best suit your experience level and aspirations!
At INTO THE OUTSIDE safety is paramount and we will provide you with all the equipment, skills & support you need to enjoy this exhilarating sport.
You will be outfitted in a harness and helmet and taught some all important knots as well as the skills to keep your fellow climbers safe too. After kitting up you'll then have the opportunity climb as many routes as you have the energy for! Either topping out or abseiling back down the rock face!
INTO THE OUTSIDE are all about bespoke adventure so if you've got the energy why not combine Rock Climbing with another 1/2 day adventure for the ultimate Combo day?!

My boys ( aged 20, 19 and 16) and I ( pushing 50) have just had a fab few days kayaking , rock climbing and ghyll scrambling in the beautiful Lake District . Dan and Becki sorted all the logistics and were enthusiastic and fun- to- be with guides . It took any hassle out of our trip and meant that we really made the most of the few days we had. So great having people who know the area so well and are so easy to get along with. Would definitely recommend and am hoping to do another trip soon .

Becki and Dan are simply amazing and the activities are brilliant. We went Rock Climbing and Ghyll Scrambling. Our kids absolutely loved both. Becki was great in encouraging them and helping them to take on more challenging routes. Dan and Becki are such brilliant, enthusiastic and knowledgeable people and their enthusiasm is infectious. Our adventures with them were the highlight of a brilliant week. We will definitely book to do other adventures with them next time we are in the Lakes. We went Ghyll scrambling and Rock climbing for the day with Becki and all had a brilliant time! Both teenagers and adults loved the challenges throughout the day.
