Must be accompanied by parent or guardian partaking in the activity.
CANCELLATIONS & CHARGES
Into the Outside will only cancel or change an event due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g. weather) Into the Outside will inform you of such changes at the earliest opportunity.
In the event of cancellation by Into the Outside, you will be entitled to a full refund however we can not accept cost incurred by you (e.g. transport, accommodation) or others linked to your booking.
If you cancel a booking 7 days before an event Into the Outside will issue you a refund.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the start time Into the Outside will reserve the right to retain the full cost.
If you cancel the booking you must inform Into the Outside in writing via email. The following cancellation fees will apply before the start date:
Within 30-15 days: retention of 50% total price.
Within 14-8 days: retention of 75% total price.
Within 7 days: retention of 100% of price.
